Overall Goals of the Course:

I hope this course gives you tools to critically analyze claims you encounter in the future. This, I hope, will make you a better voter, consumer, and decision maker. I hope that this course also instills a healthy skepticism about unusual claims and teaches you some tricks people can use to fool you.
