Only lecture notes are posted here, and they are to help you with your studying. Note that reading these is not sufficient to provide you all the information you are expected to learn in this class. (You shouldn't feel like reading these is a good substitute for attending lecture!)
I would particularly draw your attention to the goals outlined in each lecture. This is what I intended to convey, and what I hope you learned in each lecture.
